Helping young people find clarity, build confidence, and choose the right path
The PlungeSmile Career Guidance & Confidence Hub is a safe, structured space where young people gain the guidance, exposure, and self-belief needed to make informed career and education decisions. It exists to close the gap between potential and opportunity for students and young adults who lack access to mentors, career information, and confidence-building support.
Why this program matters
Across underserved communities, young people face persistent challenges: career confusion, limited exposure to real-world opportunities, and low self-confidence. Many choose courses without understanding their career implications, remain unaware of alternative learning pathways, or lack access to mentors, funding information, and guidance.
This Hub responds directly to these gaps by combining career guidance, mentorship, structured confidence-building, and exposure to diverse industries so participants can move forward with clarity and purpose.
What We Do
Career Guidance & Pathway Mapping
We provide one-on-one and guided career conversations that help participants identify their interests, strengths, and viable future paths. This includes guidance on university routes, technical and vocational education, digital skills, certifications, apprenticeships, internships, and access to scholarships, student loans, and sponsorship opportunities.
Confidence Life Reading & Coaching
Participants go through guided reading and group coaching sessions using the Confidence Life book, built around reflection, discussion, and practical confidence-building exercises.
Industry Exposure & Career Journey Series
Through monthly virtual and physical sessions, professionals from technology, healthcare, education, engineering, creative industries, agriculture, finance, and entrepreneurship share real career journeys.

The Hub operates through a hybrid model, combining physical sessions at the PlungeSmile ICT Centre with virtual access.

Kit up A Child is a scheme designed to provide complete school clothing attire for pupils in public schools.

Plungesmile Open Arms was launched for individuals and families with meagre income or no primary source of sustenance.

PlungeSmile Foundation has initiated School Feeding Programme for the six public schools, for 900 hundred children.
